"Bear" takes 1st place in the Day Boat class

15 classic yachts joined the fleet for a fine sail from the Eastport Yacht Club to the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum. This year featured enthusiastic captains and a match-up between a Chesapeake Log Canoe and the New Jersey Sandbaggers. The beautiful 67 ft racing yawl Black Watch looked majestic as she crossed the Bay on a long reach with the rest of the fleet.

Congratulations to all the captains and crews and thanks to all who participated in making this a fun and successful event.
